Oftentimes, I get to evaluate someone else's website and audit what could be improved. Many of us still tend to launch something without a proper testing with the actual users, just assuming with such sentences like "As a user, I...".

Thing is, most of our users don't behave as we expect them. That's why I offer my service of trying out your website and giving actionable feedback as a user and as a professional UX UI designer.
